Description
In the first of the 10 volumes of the COGITO INDIVIDUATIONIS series, Matjaž L. Regovec opens his opus magnum on the individuation process. He first explores the ancient roots of the presently quite a heated notion of becoming an individuum vis-à-vis the human collective. He finds the historical predecessors of this important (post)modern phenomenon in the ancient notions of fate (Necessity) and Free Will – first in Plato and Aristotle, and then within the medieval metaphysical concept of the ultimate authority and institution of the god-the-father-creator, and his absolute will. He argues that it was only with the emergence of the New Era metaphysical model, which facilitated the birth of man’s four-dimensional independent apprehension, action and creation of his own images (what he termed as “cogito coniunctionis”, and explained in his previous works), that man was able to create his own individual (and collective) identity. This is why he sees the Necessity and Free Will to be the archetypes of man as the collective and individuum. This also forms the deeper reason why, within the New Era metaphysical model, astrology is dead and no longer legitimate. It must needs be, in terms of using its cosmological archetypes, substituted by symbolic cosmology – as in the IPAL Method of working on oneself in depth.
V prvem izmed desetih knjig serije COGITO INDIVIDUATIONIS Matjaž L. Regovec odpira svoj opus magnum procesa individuacije. Najprej raziskuje antične korenine dandanes pomembne ideje postajanja individuuma v razmerju do človeškega kolektiva.
