In his series COGITO INDIVIDUATIONIS, Matjaž L. Regovec explores some distinct aspects and dimensions of the individuation process. These are the archetypes of fate and free will, symptom as a symbol of the individuation process, the metaphysics of individuation, identity and self-portraiture as an art of individuating, authenticity and the dynamics of wholeness of one’s being, individual image of god as an enactment of the individuation process, as well as the functions of the four dimensions of cogito coniunctionis in all human individuating. These aspects and dimensions of the individuation process are rather diverse and they, on the one hand refer to its constitutional (structural) elements. These are the four dimensions of cogito coniunctionis, or the four dimensions of human apprehension, action and creation of images. These dimensions are the thinking, the psychic, the physical-bodily, and the spiritual-intuitive ones. On the other hand however, he is covering some other concepts that surround man as an individuating individuum, and man as the collective. The whole series of COGITO INDIVIDUATIONIS is a description of a model of integrative anthropology, devised by Regovec himself, comprising some philosophical approaches (philosophical anthropology), psychoanalysis (in particular the dream analysis and the technique of active imagination), symbolic cosmology (as a symbolistic science of the cosmological archetypes) and the philosophy of human (non)acts and (non)deeds. The whole series is rooted in the proceedings of the IPAL Method. IPAL Method is a structured procedure of working on oneself four-dimensionally (psychoanalytically, archetypally-intuitively, bodily-physically, and thinkingly), as developed by the IPAL Institute and its tutors, in Ljubljana, Slovenia. The Method is intended to be used to improve the quality of one’s life, wellbeing, as well as to facilitate the attainment of one’s individual, realistic life goals. The Institute was founded by Matjaž L. Regovec in 1993. It has, since 2023, commenced with its training programme, as well as its public-events activities, in a world-wide format. V seriji COGITO INDIVIDUATIONIS Matjaž L. Regovec raziskuje nekatere vidike in razsežnosti procesa individuacije. To so arhetipi usode in svobodne volje, simptom kot simbol procesa individuacije, metafizika individuacije, identiteta in avtoportret kot umetnost individuacije, avtentičnost in dinamika celovitosti bivanja, individualna podoba boga kot udejanjanje procesa individuacije ter funkcije štirih dimenzij cogito coniunctionis pri vsaki človekovi individuaciji. Ti vidiki in razsežnosti procesa individuacije so precej raznoliki in se po eni strani nanašajo na njegove konstitutivne (strukturne) elemente. To so štiri dimenzije cogito coniunctionis, oziroma štiri dimenzije človekove zaznave, delovanja in ustvarjanja podob: miselnih, duševnih, telesno-fizičnih in duhovno-intuitivnih. Po drugi strani pa avtor obravnava še druge pojme, ki opisujejo človeka kot individuirajočega individuuma in človeka kot kolektiv.
Celotna serija COGITO INDIVIDUATIONIS je opis modela integrativne antropologije, ki ga je zasnoval Regovec in ki vključuje nekatere filozofske pristope (filozofsko antropologijo), psihoanalizo (zlasti analizo sanj in tehniko aktivne imaginacije), simbolno kozmologijo (kot simbolno vedo o kozmoloških arhetipih) ter filozofijo človeških (ne)dejanj in (ne)delovanj. Celotna serija je osredotočena v postopkih Metode IPAL. Metoda IPAL je strukturiran postopek štirirazsežnostnega dela na sebi (psihoanalitično, arhetipsko-intuitivno, telesno-fizično in miselno), kot so ga razvili Institut IPAL in njegovi tutorji v Ljubljani, Sloveniji. Metoda je namenjena izboljšanju kakovosti življenja in blagostanja ter omogočanju doseganja posameznikovih individualnih, realističnih življenjskih ciljev. Institut je leta 1993 ustanovil Matjaž L.
